Jeff A. Breeden was promoted to partner with Stewart, Archibald & Barney, LLP, in January 2009. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in both Accounting and Managerial Finance from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 1998. Jeff scored the second highest in Nevada and was a National High Scorer on the Uniform Certified Public Accounting exam administered in May 1999, making him one of the top CPA candidates in the nation. He received his CPA certificate from the state of Nevada in March 2001. Jeff currently heads up the Business Valuation and Litigation Support Group at Stewart, Archibald & Barney, LLP. In 2002, he obtained the Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) credential from the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts, an association of over 5,000 valuation professionals. He is one of only a few CVA’s in Las Vegas. Working in Business Valuation has given him a depth of knowledge on the true drivers of value in a business enterprise and enables him to offer insightful recommendations and meaningful evaluations of financial data, both historical and projected. Since joining the firm in 1999, Jeff has worked in all aspects of our practice. His experience ranges from construction contractors’ labor contract compliance to advanced tax issues. This broad range of experience coupled with his academic work in finance and his “can do” attitude make him a valuable member of our team. He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Nevada Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Nevada Society of Certified Public Accountants.
