Robert Worthen is the C.E.O. of Stewart Archibald & Barney in Las Vegas, Nevada. Robert’s responsibilities include teaming with the firm’s nine partners to define and achieve strategic goals, ensure win-win relationships that bring value to clients of the firm, work with department heads to provide leadership and accountability to our team members, day-to-day management of the firm and continuing the legacy of the firm.
Robert began his business education at Brigham Young University (BYU) and continued through a decade as owner of two successful corporations. He continued his learning while serving as an active chairman to a board of directors entrusted to recover assets for investors defrauded of over 150M dollars. Robert is certified in Strategic Performance Measurement and Management. Most recently he was appointed by a federal judge as Post Judgment Special Master to sort through a failed investment company.
Robert, a true native of Las Vegas, met his wife, Janet, while both were international performers on a BYU performance ensemble. They have four wonderful children. Their family enjoys exploring the lakes in the summer and the mountains in the winter, and are actively involved with their church and the community.
